Unicorns generally like to be in forests or glens. The singing of the trees at night is what puts a Unicorn to sleep. Very few Unicorns venture out of The Magic Land. If a Unicorn does venture out it does not live long. So when we make our expedition to find Unicorns we will be travelling for many nights and days. The Magic Land is, after all, near the Rainbow City, and being such is very, very far away.

Unicorns are generally calm, gentle creatures. However, when roused, or if there is no Happiness in them... they are certainly a vile, unwanted thing to behold. And you better not get in ones path when he is looking for his mate. Unicorns love to play on rainy or sunshiny days, and even when the weather is freezing cold it doesn't matter, for in The Magic Land winter isn't cold, just beautiful. Unicorns don't like to be touched on the tip of their horn, if it's not necessary, for their horn holds great power. 

The Unicorn's horn hold great powers. It can heal someone instantly, change the radio station from over a thousand kilometres away, and last but not least, the horn allows a Unicorn to be telepathic. 

Unicorns are all males so when mating season comes around (once every 43,948 days) they must travel beyond The Magic Land and seek out a filly. Unicorns mature around 1,234,345,987,663,475,893 days old and then their unihormones kick in. Once a Unicorn has travelled out of The Magic Land it starts a very long and sometimes annoying journey. Because a Unicorn must find a horse as it's Bride, the bride must be young so it may convert to Unicornism. Once a Unicorn has found it's mate, it touches her forehead with it's horn. This causes the neural reactors in the Unicorns horn to transmit some of his Magic Horn Energy into her brain. After 42 days a miniature horn will develop on the filly, eventually growing to be almost as big as her mate's as she matures. Baby Unicorns come the all natural way. When mating season comes 2 years after the two have been soul mates, the birds and the bees flutter around in excitement and before the couple knows it, a baby boy unicorn magically appears.
